    Try Nick’s Lighthouse on Fishermen’s Wharf for crabs, I’ve been eating there for over 20 years, it’s the best crab in town if you like crabs and wine.

    Max – I generally try to steer tourists, especially groups of people at a conference away from Fisherman’s Wharf – it is mostly Tourists (very few natives), usually very crowded and I think generally lower quality/higher prices/worse service than you can find. That said, thanks for the endorsement of Nick’s Lighthouse.
