Guten Tag!

There is much going on today at the BCC as Web 2.0 Expo Europe kicks off. I wanted to write a short summary of the special things available to our guests that you might not have heard of:

* Community Lounge – located on the bottom level, you can power up, have meetings and use a workstation.

* Backchannel – use Twitter to comment on your session – tag it with #w2eb or any other session tag and hear what others are saying about the conference.

* Virtual Break Room – take a breather at any time by plugging your headsets in and listening to the soft sounds of the BCC before the conference craze.

* Women of Technology – down in our Community Lounge we’ve set a special table for the ladies in the house today. Leave your business card or notes for the table, gather there and try to use the space to network.

* Live Blogging / Writing Room – available during our keynotes, this is a special room with workstation set up, wifi, power and speakers so you can comfortably listen and work. Seats 16, first come first serve. Please head to the media center or show office for directions before keynotes.
