I’ve been working on the programming team since the first advisory board meeting way back in February. The conference content – speakers and topics – are amazing. If the schedule is too intimidating for you or you haven’t quite found what it is you’re looking for – leave a comment so I can help direct you to what you want.
Personal favorites on the schedule I’m hungry to attend are:
* Online Customer Communities that Connect and Thrive: Creating the Right Mix of Purpose, Passion, People, and Platforms – as a new community manager, I’m excited to engage with Lois Kelly, a women with over a decade of experience in social media consulting.
* Starting up in Silicon Alley featuring two of our advisory board members Nate Westheimer and Karin Klein, alongside CEO of Alley Corp (owners of Silicon Alley Insider) Kevin Ryan. Nate happens to be running our Web2Open event and there will be a follow up session in the Open rooms.
* Web 2.0 and the Reinvention of Marketing and PR presented by Brian Solis
* Disruption in the Music Industry with iLike, MySpace Records and Crush Management
* From Modern Times to Open Times: Best Buy BlueShirt Nation Case Study co-presented by Peter Hirshberg of Technorati / The Conversation Group and the VP of Internet Strategy at Best Buy
There are so many other great sessions… but this is where I’ll start
